Shacarri came to rescue in August from a large surrender in the Pacific Northwest. She arrived with three puppies. She was a great mother to them and now she’s ready to settle down in a forever home.
Since she went to her foster home, Shacarri has learned how wonderful it is to laze around on the couch, be a bed buddy and generally be spoiled for the first time in her life. She has been spayed, had a dental and had two cysts removed. She is in excellent health.
Shacarri would do best in a quiet home. Young children are probably not a good idea, but other dogs, especially cavaliers, would be a plus. She is shy and will take time to get acclimated to a new home. You must live in Oregon or Washington to be considered for her forever home. We prefer you live within a reasonable driving distance since we will require several meetings to make sure the dog is comfortable with you and your home. She would do best with a securely fenced yard. Electric fences are not acceptable.
