Oscar is an absolutely beautiful, cuddly boy whose favorite spot will be in your lap. He loves long walks and performs beautifully on a leash. He is still afraid of strangers and is startled by sudden movements toward him. He would do best in a home with another friendly pup and/or a full time mom or dad. He really hates to be alone or put in a crate. He needs a secure fenced in yard. Oscar is neutered, up to date on vaccinations too.
