My name is Maisie. I know what you’re thinking- I’m probably the cutest dog you have ever seen. That’s what my foster mom says too. I am about one year old and am pretty small. Don’t let that fool you though- I love to eat my breakfast and dinner. I am a very good eater and like my treats too. When you meet me I am pretty shy. I just need you to sit with me for a while before I know you are ok. I follow my foster mom around the house and don’t let her out of my sight. I started with my 3 favorite spots in the house that I went to- my kennel, my dog bed (which is on the couch) and in my mom’s office (preferably on her lap). After only a week I am getting braver and more inquisitive. My foster says my puppy tendencies are starting to come out. I live with 2 other dogs- one is small like me and one is way bigger than me. I am following them around outside and they taught me where the bunnies hide and how to do my business outside- my foster mom is so happy I haven’t had any accidents in the house. I sleep in my kennel in my foster’s bedroom. I also like my foster sister’s dog bed next to my foster mom but she says that isn’t mine. I’d be happy sleeping in a kennel or right next to you in a dog bed. I like to be by you as much as possible, but I am ok when you leave too- I cried the first couple days my foster left, but she always came back. I am super sweet and can’t wait to find my forever family
