Hi! I came to Rescue when my former owner was too ill to care for me. I love to follow you around and sit in your lap. I also like seeing animals on TV! My tail wags when I see male actors, too.
I was in bad need of a dental and I needed to be spayed, and now that’s behind me I am ready to find my forever home. I’ve never been around children, but I have been around other dogs. I’m not too good with a leash yet, but we are working on it every day. Right now I’m enjoying my new foster family and all my new foster siblings. They all look like me. I wonder if we’re related?
I’m being fostered in the Mid Atlantic, so don’t bother applying unless you live in Pennsylvania, Virginia, Maryland, Washington DC, or Delaware. My fosters don’t want to drive too far for me to check out your digs. And you’ll need to come meet me, too. I wouldn’t mind a securely fenced yard, and electric fences are a no-no. I’m rather small, only 12 pounds, so make sure your fence is really secure. I can probably sneak through a wrought iron fence since I’m quite small. Before you can meet me one of our excellent volunteers will come check out your home and yard and we will do a vet reference check, too. Only the best for me!
