Hi! My name is Gabby. I’m a 2.5 year old Blenheim female. I’m a petite girl- I think I weigh about 12 pounds- I might be tiny but I’m mighty!
I’m used to living withother cavaliers so I’m more comfortable with my Cavalier friends than I am with humans. My foster mom is working with me to learn how awesome humans are. I love to snuggle on my foster mom’s lap- as long as she stays sitting down and doesn’t cough, sneeze or move too fast. If she does I still get frightened and jump off to go hide. If my foster tries to catch me to pick me up I run away and hide.
I love treats but am still scared to get too close. I am learning sit! I’m also working really hard on potty training. I go outside and do my job but I don’t to ask to go out. I am also an escape artist so I must have a securely fenced yard. No exceptions.
My perfect forever home would have a securely fenced yard, another canine companion and a human who is very patient! I may not like to be picked up but if my foster leaves the room I cry and scratch at the gate and the walls to get to her! But I am a good girl in my crate- it’s my safe place.
I have lots of love to give- I just need to learn to trust humans a bit more.
